Single Occupancy Studio Style Apartments

Each furnished unit features a kitchenette and a private bathroom, all designed to be ADA compliant and fully accessible, including the bathrooms and kitchenette areas. Our caregiving staff are available to assist with self-care and mobility tasks within each resident's room.

Recreation Areas & Community Based Activities

Spencer boasts a spacious recreation area where residents can participate in a range of meaningful leisure activities. The facility offers access to table games, movies, a computer room, a piano, a kitchen, and various activity rooms. Our recreation coordinator is dedicated to ensuring that residents can engage in both in-house and community activities that are important to them.

Shaded Outdoor Area

Outdoor time is essential for mental health and social engagement. At Spencer, residents can enjoy a spacious backyard with multiple shaded seating areas under shade sails. Residents are welcome to go outside at their leisure, and our caregivers are available to assist them as needed.
