Las Vegas Accessible Housing Options
Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP), through Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI), offers accessible housing options in the Las Vegas Valley for individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injury, as well as a variety of other disabilities. This supportive housing program offers individually tailored supports that assist with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to living in the community. These services can include adaptive skill development, assistance with activities of daily living, community inclusion, adult educational supports, and social and leisure skill development that assist the recipient to reside in the most community integrated setting appropriate.

All apartments are accessible and many have access to shared 24-hour Residential Assistants to help with self-care, medication distribution, mobility, and home and community-based tasks. Individuals searching for appropriate and comfortable housing represent a wide range of needs. Some require accessibility only while others are looking for supportive living services that enable them to live on their own. ASI provides accessible, affordable apartments to individuals who previously had few living options besides nursing homes. 4
